This is awesome. I read BoingBoing Every day, and I live in China. And now there is BoingBoing in Chinese!
Anyway, I give this guy props for taking on this job. And I congratulate BoingBoing on making their content so compelling that someone would want to do this.
A New Scientist article talks about how to improve your mind. I shold follow their advice. Basically, a lot of it is common sense. Eat right, get plenty of sleep, excersise… I guess this shows that they now have quantifiable evidence. Well, time to start sleeping right.
